We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your guidance in ordering from our web site. We have made every effort to include all relevant enquiries. If you do not find the answer you seek, please ask us via our contact page. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.

The answers

How long will my order take to arrive?
CD's - We currently have a plentiful supplies of most items currently sold on this web site. Therefore we can dispatch orders of CD's within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will send your order by First Class Post (or via Airmail to destinations overseas with the exception of CD's in North and South American countries, where they will be dispatched from the USA by priority mail).
Clothing - While we build on our stock items, orders will take approximately 28 days to arrive. We will send your order by First Class Post (or via Airmail to destinations overseas). As our stocking levels are still being established to meet demand, we shall revise our mail out procedure to make the process faster as we develop our stocking levels.
PowerBundle Specials - While we hold sufficient levels of CD's to meet demand, we are still establishing levels of clothing stocks, therefore in order to send your order complete, we will await delivery of your garment(s) and dispatch Bundles within the 28 day target.


What credit/debit cards do you accept?

What currency can I use when placing an order?
Currently,our PayPal payment system accepts US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Japanese Yen. When you send a payment, PayPal will handle the conversion. You will see the current exchange rate and the equivalent amount in your local currency.


Can I order by mail and send a cheque instead?
Not at the moment, but please contact us and we will see if we can help.


How do I pay through Paypal/How does it work?
The Paypal logoWhen you order an item from our site, you will be taken to our cart at PayPal. You should see the yellow padlock at the bottom of your browser window. This signifies that you are in a secure environment. All data entries send will be 128-bit encrypted.

If you have not used PayPal before, you will be asked to Sign Up. This is not unusual and it's also makes sure you are who you are. The process is deliberately short so as not to make the experience intimidating. Once you have registered with PayPal, please keep your password in a safe place and do NOT give it to anyone. PayPal will, through a cookie, recall your previous visits (provided you are not deleting these harmless files) to assist a smooth return to the payment system in the future. You may be prompted by a window asking if you'd like to display both Secure and Non-secure items on the page. This is simply a machine-specific security precaution. Click YES and you'll be taken to your Cart. (The secure PayPal page uses only title graphics sourced from our design templates in our non-secure server - hence the prompt).

Once your details and transaction is processed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. We recommend printing your transaction pages for future reference. If, for any reason, your transaction is not processed, you will be directed to another screen explaining this, with recommendations on how to order by alternative means. NB. The PayPal system will remember any previous additions to your cart you have made that did not get processed fully (provided you are NOT deleting your system cookies). Please remove any previous additions to the cart by amending the contents before checking out. Further information regarding the PayPal system can be found at www.paypal.com.


How will recognise my order on my Card Statement?
When your order is successfully processed, your credit/debit card will show your order payment on your statement as:

Is ordering online safe?
Ordering online is safe, though as with all electronic communications, it's not absolutely 100% immune from hacking abuse. Companies invest huge amounts of money to secure their systems in order that they stay profitable and cases of interceptions are few and far between. Our payment merchants are used by the worlds renowned e-commerce web site e-Bay; that's a good indicator of a secure service.

It has been said that using a secure 128-bit encryption process is safer than using a cash point. For all intents and purposes, you can be sure that in the most unlikely event that your details have been intercepted, your bankers will assist in tracing the problem.


What if I need a CD for promotional purposes? Do I have to pay?
All our promotions are handled by Liquid Noise Records. We advise all magazines, tour promoters, e-zines and radio stations not listed with them to contact them directly via their web site.Visit Liquid Noise Records


Although CD's are autographed, can I make a special request?
Yes. If you would like us to write a special message on your autographed CD, please contact us after making your order. We will endeavour to respond to your request provided that it's reasonable AND we are able to get a hold of the member you ask your request of. Please bear in mind that we will do our very best to meet any special requests but please be aware that the band take breaks from the rigours of recording, writing and touring schedules from time to time. We will not delay the delivery of your order should logistics and personnel movements prove problematic when making such requests.


What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within 28 days?
If you do not receive your order within 28 days (and such cases are extremely rare), please contact us through the contact page, quoting your name, order details, email address and the date of your order. We shall check against our database and inform you of the date of dispatch. If we have already dispatched your order, we will recommend you check your local postal service for any hold-ups, disputes or strikes. If your order appears to have been lost, we will advise you by email/post as to the best course of action.


What happens, in the unlikely event, that my CD case arrives broken?
We only dispatch cases that are intact and free of cracks, chips and breakages in the CD case and they are sent in protective bags to prevent such events. Should your case arrive broken due to mishandling by local delivery services, we can accept no responsibility for the damage. Given the minimal costs of replacing CD trays these days, we hope our position is understood to be purely a practical one.


What if my Garment arrives torn or damaged?
As with CD's, we only dispatch garments that have been checked for quality and integrity. Our clothing is also sealed in polythene bags after checks have been made. If your order has been damaged during dispatch, we advise you to request compensation from your delivery service. If you receive an order in such a terrible state, they are likely to oblige, allowing you to make another order with us. We will endeavour to dispatch a repeat order via an alternative delivery service, though this may incur a small fee.


How is the Postage and Packaging calculated?
Rather than complicate delivery fees to all countries across the world, we have structured our Postage and Packaging prices based on the value of the order. The details are shown in the table below:

The above Postage and Packaging prices are irrespective of the country to which the order is to be dispatched. NB: We will only despatch orders to the cardholder address.


What is your Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of domestic and international ordering, we will only refund customers who have not received the goods as ordered in the time we have specified OR if your order has NOT been processed for dispatch.

Our garments come with a customer satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please return it to us within 28 days and a full refund will be issued. Each garment is checked by hand at the packaging stage to ensure that you receive a satisfactory product.

UK Customers: Your statutory rights will not be affected.


What if I wish to cancel my order?

You will cancel your order and refund you provided the following two conditions are met:

  • Your order has not yet been dispatched.
  • You notify us by email, giving us your name, order details and email address within 7 days of your order.

In the unlikely event that we have to refund you, we shall refund your credit card via Paypal. In cases of mail orders (UK only) you will be refunded by cheque, which will be posted to the address submitted in the order.

We do maintain the rights of consumers within the UK and apply good customer service to overseas customers.
